Do you share any of the details given on the site?
Under no circumstances do we ever sell, rent, share or divulge any information given on the website. E-mail addresses will only be kept should a customer request so to be advised of upcoming events, products or promotions. All credit card details are sent in encrypted form to your bank for processing, and once completed no credit card details are kept.
How does my purchase appear on my bank statement?
To ensure the utmost confidentiality any purchases made on myadultwarehouse.com.au will be discretely listed on your credit card statement as Showblitz Distributors.
When do you contact a customer?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order after submitting. Should for some reason your order is unable to be filled in full, or your order has details that require further information we will contact you via e-mail. If we cannot contact you via e-mail we may call on the telephone number supplied, however we will not reveal our identity until we are sure we are speaking to the person who placed the order, and any messages left on voicemail will not reveal the source of the call.
If I give you my e-mail address will I be swamped with promotional material?
Should you wish to be advised of upcoming events, new products, competitions, special offers or other interesting happenings at The Adult Warehouse we will certainly be happy to provide e-mail notifications, however if this is not the case then your e-mail address will not be kept after your order has been dispatched.
How do you send out my order?
All orders placed on myadultwarehouse.com.au are shipped using Australia Post. Every delivery is made in either Australia Post packaging or in a plain, unmarked box. The sender details are listed as Showblitz Distributors and give no details as to the contents. All orders are sent by registered post to allow us to track the progress of your order.
How soon will my order be sent?
Assuming that your order can be filled in full all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of recieving your order and confirming that payment has been approved. All products that require batteries will be shipped with them included and prior to packing will be switched on to ensure that all products are in working order.
What should I clean my novelty adult toy with?
All toys should be cleaned with a proper anti-bacterial toy cleaner, which we sell at both our stores, or use warm soapy water and rinse clean then pat dry and store appropriately. We advise the use of an anti-bacterial cleaner as they clean the toy thoroughly.
